my life in a new city

when the kids walk in the door from school, the first thing they do is go straight to the kitchen to find something to eat. usually they go for easy mac or ramen. but lately we (the parents and i) have decided to try and get the kids to eat healthy, natural foods instead of all the processed easy mac and ramen stuff. the kids love nutella and i thought, why not make an all natural, healthy smoothie for the kids after school to hold them over until dinner. after some experimenting, i came up with this recipe. trust me, at first the kids were kinda against it, mainly because they aren't big fans of bananas (i love them though) but after trying them, they love these smoothies. they are all natural, really healthy and with the spoonful of nutella, just the right amount of sweetness they like after school.

let me know if you try these. or if you have any suggestions to make them better or more tasty (im always open to new ideas)

enjoy!
