recently at work i decided to sit down with the kids and plan out the next weeks's menu to help their parents plan for groceries and to help my life and everything go a little easier. this past week one of the most requested meals were 'cowboy burgers.' at first i had no idea what these kids were talking about. i thought at first it was a texas thing or maybe it was something their parents had made for them before. but after doing some research i learned that they are actually a Whole Foods product. i, being cheap and kinda against Whole Foods decided that i was going to make these myself. turns out it was super easy to make. if you can make a regular burger, then you can make these.
enjoy!
